Because Gon is nuts and it added to the whole charade. Why would the girl who is known as the weakest link suddenly fight Genthru? That would put all 3 bombers on alert and make them change tactics. Maybe Biscuit could have taken out all 3 of the bombers herself and maybe they have some freaky power when they fight together? Who knows.
Imagine Biscuit going out there in gorilla form and then it turns out they have some epic curse power when all 3 are together that can either incapacitate Biscuit or even take her out completely, then they'd suddenly have a hostage. Genthru could then take either Gon or Killua hostage as well to make either of them do what he wants, it's way too risky. Nen is scary when it comes to battle.
